Enpro manage this objective through using an integrated management system, accredited to ISO 9001:2015. This system is utilised by all employees and forms our corporate memory, allowing us to consistently repeat strong performance and learn from any short comings. As we operate in a market sector where delays and non-conformance are extremely costly, we focus on getting it right first time.
All of our employees understand their role in delivering to our customer's needs and expectations. We also understand that our performance is affected by our supply chain and therefore demand the highest standards from all of our suppliers who undertake a rigorous process prior to being added to our approved vendor list.
The FPAL "supplier management community" provides clients with the opportunity to provide direct feedback as to their satisfaction or otherwise with Enpro's performance. Accessible by all of Enpro's registered clients, existing and future, it is an important tool for Enpro to understand their strengths and identify areas for improvement.
